The Scientific Activities Support Team supports ICTP's scientific staff, administrative offices and visitors in the following ways:
Provide booking of lecture and meeting rooms (email: bookings@ictp.it)
Provide technical support to scientific activities in the lecture rooms
Provide technical support for video conferences and hybrid events
Produces high-definition videos of smr activities, prize ceremonies and main events, interviews and promotional videos and manages the publication on YouTube and other platforms
Provides printed material (posters, booklets, leaflets and other products). For poster printing only, email printing@ictp.it
Distributes posters/announcements of forthcoming events, scientific activities and ICTP programmes
Converts ICTP's scientific-activities-related documents to web-quality resolution documents for publication on the website
Courier e-mailing List: There is a free online service that provides information on all ICTP activities, programmes and related announcements via e-mail. To subscribe, send an e-mail to: “courier-request@lists.ictp.it”, leave the Subject empty and type in the body of the message: subscribe “your e-mail address”.
