ICTP's Personnel Office maintains the personal and work data of staff and consultants and ensures adherence to UNESCO staff regulations and rules.

The office provides ICTP staff with information on personnel matters and procedures, keeps an overview of the staffing situation at the Centre, and processes and assists in recruitment procedures. It also provides assistance to the staff regarding health and pension insurance schemes and other staff entitlements.

The office is responsible for the administration of the payroll and leave data, as well as the time and attendance system used at the Centre.
