Medical Services Office

ABOUT US:

The ICTP Medical Service office is available to all staff and visitors at the ICTP Campus  from Monday to Friday. A trained nurse attends to minor ailments and when requested arrange appointments with a doctor or a medical specialist as required.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday: from 9:00 to 12:00, and from 13:30 to 16:00;

Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

DOCTOR'S TIME SCHEDULE:

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: from 09:00  to 12:00;
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: from 14:00  to 16:00.

Appointments with the doctor must be made in advance with the nurse via email medical@ictp.it or by phone  at +39 040 2240 500.

Any change in the time schedule will be communicated through the normal channels (InfoPoint).

• For urgent medical issues outside ICTP working hours, use the standard emergency number 112
• For non-urgent health issues, contact 116117 (open H24)

DEFIBRILLATORS ARE AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS IN THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS:

• Enrico Fermi Building (Main entrance-ground floor)
• Leonardo Building (Main entrance near Infopoint)
• Adriatico Guesthouse (Main entrance)
• Galileo Guesthouse (Main entrance)
• Former SISSA Building (central area)
• Multidisciplinary laboratory (Main entrance)
