APS-EPS-ICTP Travel Award Fellowship Programme 2025

ICTP is now accepting applications for a career-enhancing opportunity for active, early career scientists or doctoral students from developing countries. 

The APS-EPS-ICTP Travel Award Fellowships cover the major costs of a two-consecutive-month research visit to a participating laboratory in Europe (excluding Italy) and North America, or to a more advanced developing country. Proficiency in English, or fluency in the language of the host country, is required. Three grants are available for use in 2025. Those interested in applying need to send:
    

• a complete CV and publication list
• at least one letter of reference
• a letter of agreement and endorsement by the host laboratory that includes a short description of the research to be carried out during the two-month visit and stating how this visit will enhance the applicant's own research and career
• a 1-page budget plan evaluating the travel and local expenses.
