Call for Applications: ICTP-IMVAST-ICRTM Fellowship, under the endorsement of the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology

The ICTP-IMVAST-ICRTM Fellowship programme, under the endorsement of the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology, supports mathematicians from Vietnam by funding their visit to ICTP to collaborate with colleagues in the Trieste area. 

The researcher will work, primarily at ICTP, on a well-defined research project, for a period of minimum 3 weeks and maximum 2 months. 
 

Implementation period: between October 2026 and May 2027.

 

 

Who can apply

Faculty members and tenure-track mathematicians (i.e. holding a temporary scientific/teaching contract) in an educational/scientific institution in Vietnam.

Entitlements

Participants will receive travel reimbursement, accommodation, health insurance and a monthly stipend of 900 euro (30 euro a day to cover personal expenses).
