UN Appreciation for ICTP Open Day

ICTP's Open Day 2008 has earned special mention for "best practice to increase the visibility of UNESCO". The recognition was cited at UNESCO's Staff Day held in June, where Koïchiro Matsuura, UNESCO's Director-General, inaugurated UNESCO's Team Award programme.
